OUR STORY
HEARTSPIN was founded by Rita Sebti a spinning addict and passionate fitness enthusiast with a vision to create a dedicated spin studio paired with a room for mat Pilates or yoga, the perfect
complement to cycling.
After years of riding in various studios, Rita found her purpose in this intense, transformative form of movement always fueled by music, sweat, and a supportive community. The idea for HeartSpin was born in Montreal, a city where people truly lift each other up. This studio is rooted in empowerment.
