What are the parking options?

HEART SPIN MONTREAL: There is street parking available, payable directly through the MOBICITÉ mobile app (which you’ll need to download). Free parking is also available in the area, though it may require some searching.

How soon can I book a class?

Classes for the current week are available at all times and can be booked through our app or directly on our website. Bookings for the following week open every Sunday at 5 PM.

Are there showers available ?

Yes, we have showers on-site along with private lockers. Fresh towels are provided free of charge upon arrival, as well as complimentary products. Hair dryers and additional amenities are also available. you are welcome to bring your own products and towel if you prefer.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Creating an account allows you to easily update your contact information, track your rides, purchases, challenges, milestones, birthday celebrations, and more. Adult riders can create an account online, in-studio, or by contacting the studio. Riders under 18 must create an account in the studio with a parent or guardian present.

Are cycling shoes required to ride at Heart Spin?

Yes. Cycling shoes that clip into the pedals are required. Clipping in ensures a safer, more secure ride and enables more efficient performance with proper muscle engagement.

Do I need to bring my own cycling shoes?

You are welcome to bring your own as long as they clip into the pedals. Cycling shoes are also available for free at Heart Spin.

How early should I arrive?

If it’s your first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class.  Running late? Call the studio,  we allow entry up to 5 minutes after class begins.

What should I wear?

We recommend a tee or tank top with form-fitting pants or shorts. All riders must wear a shirt and cycling shoes that clip into the pedals.

How does it work when I get to Heart Spin?

Check in with the front desk upon arrival. Our team will confirm your bike, show you the studio, and help with setup if it’s your first time.

What if I can’t keep up in class?

Indoor cycling is adaptable to all fitness levels. You control your resistance and pace. With consistency, your confidence and strength will build quickly.

Can I ride if I’m pregnant?

Please consult with your physician before riding. Our studio crew will gladly help with bike setup or adjustments.

Is the seat uncomfortable

It may take a few rides to adjust,  a bit of discomfort at the beginning is normal.

Can friends book together?

Yes. Each rider must create their own account and complete a waiver before their first class. You can reserve multiple bikes under one account, subject to availability.

Do you have childcare?

No. Childcare services are not offered.

Do you have locker rooms?

Yes. Lockers with built-in locks, changing rooms, toiletries, and showers are available. Heart Spin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if I forget my locker combination?

Our team will assist you in opening it.

Do you have water?

Yes. Bottled water is available for purchase, and filtered water fountains are provided for refills.

Studio Rules
  • All riders must sign a waiver before their first ride.
  • You must check in to your class before it starts, either on the app or at the front desk.
  • Riders arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted.
  • Our cancellation policy allows 12 hours before the start of class.
  • Phones must remain in lockers or with studio staff. Smartwatches should be in theater mode.
  • Please avoid excessive talking during class. Encouragement is welcome—distraction is not.
  • Good hygiene matters. Wear clean clothes, deodorant, and use post-class amenities if needed.
  • Treat all staff and riders with respect. Everyone is welcome here.
Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer monthly memberships, class packs, and credits. Memberships auto-renew monthly.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available online and in-studio.

Can I extend or refund class packs?

Class packs have fixed expiration dates and are non-transferable. They cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash or merchandise.

Can I cancel or modify an order after it’s placed?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What is the return policy?

In-studio purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days, unwashed and unworn with tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you checked out as a guest, you must present the receipt.

Are sale items refundable?

No. Items purchased during sales or with a coupon code are final sale.
