Dahlia is a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor with a classically trained dance background. She began her career as a dance instructor and choreographer before moving into the fitness industry in 2015, bringing over a decade of experience to her teaching.
JULIEN
HIIT-
The goal is to make you sweat, breathe, push yourself, and surpass your limits. Every workout is a show for me, where our energy must be in perfect harmony. The aim, of course, is to release those precious endorphins and feel great afterward. The only opponent, as you know, is yourself; the only competition is you. Be ready and remember: Always onward!
CHRYSTINA
Fitness is my first love.
As a competitive Bikini Fitness athlete for three years, I developed discipline, rigor, and a deep passion for movement, health, and well-being.
Today, fitness is an integral part of my daily life, for both body and mind. Currently training in mat Pilates, I will gradually integrate this approach into my classes throughout the year. Through my HIIT classes, my goal is simple: to get you moving hard, having fun, achieving results, and above all, feeling good about yourself.
MODRINETTE
Spin is my joy. My classes are a party on a bike—low lights, loud music, and unapologetic energy. Expect Afrobeats, French rap, US rap, Afro house, dancehall, and Latin heat—playlists that make you move, sweat, and let go. No pressure, no judgment—just rhythm, release, and good vibes. DENIEL
Deniel Suarez is a certified Mat Pilates instructor who helps people build strength through mindful and consistent movement. His fitness journey started at the gym and grew into a love for Pilates. Deniel’s classes are open to all levels, combining power, balance, and flow with upbeat energy and music that keeps you moving. He believes strength isn’t just about the body—it’s a lifestyle rooted in movement, wellness, community, and good vibes.
MATHIEU
I’ve been coaching for over seven years, starting in spin with a strong focus on rhythm and power. What began as a love for riding to the beat quickly turned into a deeper passion for performance, training with intention, and creating experiences that push people both physically and mentally.

With over 23 years of experience in indoor cycling, Hardip approaches Spinning as movement meditation. He is certified in the Jonny G Method,(the original creator of indoor cycling), emphasizing intentional rhythm, breath, and presence.
ABI
MAT PILATES-
Former competitive hockey player with a lifelong passion for movement. She initially turned to Pilates to support her joint health, before quickly falling in love with the practice.
LEONIE
HIIT- All of her sessions are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, challenge your limits, and reconnect you with your inner strength—always with respect for your body and your individual pace
CHRIS
Being a former athlete with over 12+ years of experience and certifications such as personal training, strength & conditioning and corrective exercises, Chris delivers expert guidance in every session. His sessions combine heavy resistance and high-intensity work to build strength, resilience and confidence all set to playlists spanning old-school hip hop, rock, disco and EDM. On the bike, Chris coaches resistance, cadence and power.
ODETA
Odeta Kasa is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, coach, and somatic healing practitioner with over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness space. With a background in kinesiology and extensive training across various movement modalities, her work is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, the nervous system, and the body’s innate wisdom. Her empowering classes blend intelligent sequencing, breath-led flow, and somatic awareness to support regulation and energy release. Odeta is deeply passionate about building inclusive communities, and creating safe spaces where people can feel connected and truly at home in their bodies.

ANGLAIS : Longtime yogi with a deep love for functional movement, offering a multidisciplinary approach that blends yoga, mobility, and bodyweight strength training, with influences from Pilates and barre.

Certified Pilates and yoga instructor, trained in Toronto in 2019. After relocating to Montreal in 2021, she returned to teaching, focusing on mindful movement, connection, and helping clients feel strong and supported.
